You can also use the search function on our website if you want to look for specific scent notes that you know you enjoy. We may not make a scent with the exact notes you’re looking for, but you can experiment with layering different scents to make similar scents, or to make your own unique scent blend!

  • Do you sell men’s fragrances?

We personally believe that perfume is genderless, and you should wear whatever scents appeal to you. But yes, we do sell masculine scents, many of which you can find here: https://sucreabeille.com/collections/masculine-scents

  • When do subscription bags ship?/ What is the cutoff date to order a subscription bag?

Subscriptions ship between the 15th-29th of each month. The cutoff to order each month is the 10th. If you order after the 10th, the subscription will ship the following month between the 15th-29th.

  • I put the wrong address on my order

Send us an email ASAP to shopsucreabeille@gmail.com; we can update the address for you. But please, please, PLEASE triple-check your shipping address is correct every time you order! If you don’t hear back from us within 3 business days (Monday through Friday), please send a follow-up note.

  • I ordered the wrong perfume base

First, please triple-check your orders first before placing them. If you still make a mistake (it happens!) send us an email ASAP to shopsucreabeille@gmail.com. We’ll cancel your order so you can replace it with the correct perfume base. Note: If you used a discount code, we cannot refund/replace the code if you need to cancel the order! If you don’t hear back from us within 3 business days (Monday through Friday), please send a follow-up note.

  • How can I tell if my perfume is EDP or oil?

Easy: Shake it up! If bubbles appear, it's EDP. No bubbles? It's oil!

  • I need to make an account

  • Why and how should I let my scents "rest?"

We don’t use stabilizers in our blends like mass perfume manufacturers. That means that your scents might undergo the perfume equivalent of bottle shock in transportation, so they may need to rest.

You can absolutely sniff and try on your scents when they arrive, but resting them in a cool, dry, dark place for about two weeks can make a world of difference in how a scent smells. Some customers have tucked them away and found them months later and discovered they had changed completely, for the better. Give it a try! Plus, skin chemistry is real. Some scents might smell fantastic in the bottle, but you might hate the way it smells when you put it on. Try it at different points on your body at different times of the month. You can also put it on the ends of your hair, in a scent locket, or on your clothes! (Note: Perfume oil may stain clothing.) Remember: Scent is also more concentrated in the bottle than on your skin.

  • Do you have a return policy?/ I want a refund for my order

If you’re wondering if we have a return policy, we do, and it’s extremely generous. So much so, that that’s what we’ve called it, and you can find all the information about it here: https://sucreabeille.com/policies/refund-policy

  • What are Sugar Points?/ How do I sign up for rewards?

Sugar Points are our reward system, where you earn points for setting up an account, for every order you place, for referrals, etc. You’ll also get a discount code for your birthday! Sign up on our site using the purple button on the bottom left-hand side of the page that says “Click here for rewards!” If you can’t find the button, you can create your account here: https://sucreabeille.com/account/register 

  • I had to cancel my order and used a discount code; can you reissue my code to me?

If you have to cancel an order, we cannot refund or replace any discount codes, so triple-check your order before you place it, especially if you’re using a discount code!

  • Do you offer samples?

Yes, we absolutely offer samples of our scents. Every scent we have is available in a 1ml sample size and is available for purchase on the page of the scent as a size option, and for most of them, you can choose if you’d prefer eau de parfum (EDP) or an oil base! Note that some of our scents only come in EDP form. We also offer Create Your Own Sets, including one in our 1ml sample size, so you can choose five samples for the price of four.   • Why are there discontinued/retired scents in your Discovery Sets?

We rotate our scents a lot, mostly due to seasonality. For example, our Broken Hearts collection is available around Valentine’s Day, but not all year long. Our Fallpocalypse collection is available for the Fall, and is retired usually early in the Winter months until the next Fall. So why do we include retired scents in our Discovery Sets? Well, most retired scents come back around. It’s a way to sample them all year long and decide if, the next time they’re available, you want to purchase them! Think of it as a preview of what scents will come back in the future. And to make sure you never miss a release, make sure you’re signed up for our emails; we send weekly emails on Friday with what that week’s scent release is, along with emails to tell you about sales and give you previews for that month’s subscription bag.   • Are your products natural and/or vegan?

We create all of our scents by hand in our lab in Washington state. In our lab, we prioritize safety for our employees and for our customers. We are giant pop culture nerds who love a good story, and incorporate stories into our products whenever we can. While blending scents is a very fun and dynamic process resulting in all sorts of creations (most good, some bad), the ingredients involved can be dangerous, as they are often concentrated. Concentrated essential oils and scent absolutes can cause skin irritation; some, like oakmoss absolute, could potentially be dangerous. “Natural” doesn’t mean what you think it does! A lot of natural things can be very harmful or dangerous. Plus, there is no government sanctioned definition of a “natural” product, and that’s why we’ll never label our products as such. There are also a lot of synthetic scents that we use because it would be extremely irresponsible to try and use the actual item in a scent, like ambergris. We work with our suppliers to make sure we’re working with quality ingredients, and again, we believe the safety of our customers and employees is a top priority. We will not use anything in our products that has been deemed harmful, and 99.5% of our products are vegan. The few scents that are not are clearly labeled on our website. 

  • I’m allergic to something specific. If your product lists it as a scent note, can I use it?

You probably shouldn’t! We can’t say definitively if anything will trigger an allergy for you, but if you know you’re allergic to, say, oakmoss, and you see oakmoss listed as a scent note, it’s a good plan to not use it. If you’re not sure if a product contains a scent you’re allergic to, like if the notes just say “grassy," please send us an email: shopsucreabeille@gmail.com. While we can’t give you a full ingredient list due to trademarks, we’re happy to let you know if there’s a specific scent note in any of our products!

  • My order hasn’t shipped/How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders should ship within 7 business days (that's Monday to Friday, not including weekends or holidays). You can also check the terms at checkout for an updated approximate shipping time; we keep that updated regularly. 

If you pick express/expedited/super fast shipping at checkout, note that’s the time the shipper takes to ship the product AFTER it is processed, not a way to expedite your order to be made and processed through faster! Also, subscription bags start shipping the 15th of every month for that month's bag (ie, May's bag begins shipping on May 15th; June's bag on June 15th, etc.). Also be sure to double-check your email folders, including Spam and Promotions if you have a Gmail account, as those are often where our emails end up. Remember that we are a small business with a small team of people, not a huge box store with thousands of employees and warehouses around the country, and sometimes we get behind, particularly if we’re having a big sale!   • I want to change or cancel my order

  • There’s a problem with my order
